we've had our messages on the digital sign outside the

Winnipeg Winter Club

everyday we post a new challenge of kindness

they look like this!

but we're still hoping to get more people interested

as well as share their stories of kindness

over the holiday season

listen, the world can be a pretty scary place.

just watch the news or read a headline

especially in recent months.

this is something that you can do to make the world

around you a better place

the challenges aren't hard, 

but they can truly make a difference to the people around you

(or people you don't even know)

so put a smile on your face,

say good morning to a stranger

and keep a good feeling in your heart

i've thought to myself many times that i need to make a 'to do' list for my life.

i have so many ideas, so many hopes, so many wishes and so many dreams,
that i often get lost thinking about it all - where to begin?
one idea/hope/wish/dream that is never forgotten is...

i have wanted to see this christmas tree since i was a little girl.
tomorrow, on december 3, 2008, it will be lit at rockefeller centre.
one day i'll be there for that.
tomorrow i'll watch from my living room.

i'm getting way too cold, i'm not sure why i live here.

decided to head down to the states for a little getaway

with the fam and the misses

of course, ally could only get a half day off work, so we missed

the employee trampling deals!

the miss shows her patriotism through beverage choice

we chose the wrong line. effin left.

we got there just in time to go to garnet's favorite restaurant

c'mon in and help yourself to a handful of peanuts

and then throw the refuse on the ground!

hayley and nadine are minors,

no delicious caesars for them!

everything was frosty!

i considered buying this vase that looked like a vagina

(*not really)

i like this blanket,

ally takes forever to change

downtown fargo for anitques and

vintage collectables

some ladies stopped and asked if we wanted them to take our picture,

at least i think thats what they said,

i couldn't understand the accent

came home to help mom decorate the tree and basement

plus wrapped many of my presents...

i am christmas keen this year

getting back into the server groove not as easy as i thought

almost fell asleep watching water for KD boiling

time for sleep
